- TRACKING 
Package tracking tells you when and where your package is delivered.
- RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns. Once an order has shipped, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless product was damaged upon arrival.

- INCORECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. herbalbeautyrx is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.  Please Read the 

Address Correction Policy

Address Verification: Customers must verify their shipping address during the checkout process. An address verification system is in place to minimize errors.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email that includes the shipping address. Customers are required to review and confirm that the address is correct.

Correction Window: Customers have a 2-hour window after placing an order to correct any address mistakes. During this period, changes can be made through their account or by contacting customer support.

Customer Support: If a customer realizes they have entered the wrong address after the correction window, they must contact customer support immediately. Efforts will be made to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in the shipping process.

Shipping Hold: Orders will be held for 2 hours before being processed for shipping, allowing time for any corrections.

Policy Communication: This policy is clearly stated on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. Customers are informed of the potential consequences of providing an incorrect address, such as delivery delays or additional fees.

Tracking and Updates: Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and report any issues promptly.

By following these rules, we aim to ensure accurate deliveries and a smooth customer experience.

- DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

LOST PACKAGES OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking indicates the package was delivered to the address entered for an order upon inquiry. We will not reship or refund orders that have been stolen or lost. Shamartcreations will confirm delivery to the provided address tracking information for the customer to investigate.

- WHAT TO DO IF MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?

If your tracking information says your order has been delivered, double check the tracking number to see where exactly your order has been delivered. ( for instance , Check the mail box, Front Door, Porch, etc. After doing this if your items still have not been delivered. As sometimes tracking numbers says delivered due to an update too early while the package is still in transit, when this happens we suggest that you wait for 24 hours and if the package doesn't arrive the next business day ,then to call the postal office near you to help figure out what went wrong.

please contact the courier associated with your tracking link and file a claim.

Once you file a claim with the post office an investigation will take place. Your post office/courier/delivery company will update you with an update on the claim, The tracking number will state the date, time, and location your package was delivered.

Be very thorough when filling your claim. We have zero tolerance for false disputes which will result you to our BLACKLIST

 

- MY BODY BUTTER MELTED, IS THERE A WAY TO FIX THIS MATTER? 

Yes, you can resume the Body Butter to its original consistency by placing the jar in the refrigerator.
