• All products must be returned with the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and labels.

Return Process:

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [insert dollar amount], as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase minus any delivery related costs, no more than 14 days from when your product is delivered. 

Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing an order at askherbalbeautyrx.com, as long as your order has not already been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photo evidence in order to ensure proper resolution. We will work with you to promptly address the issue and find a solution.

Please send photos to ask@herbalbeautyrx.com showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with. Our Customer support team will investigate your request and provide you with replacement items free of charge.
