  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Items can be returned within 30 days of the original receipt date for a Full refund. Eligible return items include new and unopened items. Herbalbeautyrx does not cover the return costs.

Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing an order at, as long as your order has not already been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photo evidence in order to ensure proper resolution. We will work with you to promptly address the issue and find a solution.

Please send photos to showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with. Our Customer support team will investigate your request and provide you with replacement items free of charge.
