Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Once an order has shipped, We do not accept returns or exchanges, All sales are final. Our products are hand-crafted to order ,when purchasing make certain you are purchasing the correct item . No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product( s). Eligible return items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return must be made within 24 hours from the delivery time. Once we receive and inspect your return, We will process your refund to the payment method you used, minus any delivery related costs, no more than 24 hours from when your product is delivered. 

Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing an order at askherbalbeautyrx.com, as long as your order has not already been handed over to the carrier.

Please send photos to ask@herbalbeautyrx.com showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with.
