Less is More: Start with a small amount of grease, about the size of a dime for short hair and a nickel for longer hair. You can always add more for increased hold. Rub the grease between your palms to warm it slightly. Section your hair for easier application. Apply the grease evenly throughout your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid saturating the roots, as this can lead to a greasy scalp.

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Once an order has shipped, We do not accept returns or exchanges, All sales are final. Our products are hand-crafted to order ,when purchasing make certain you are purchasing the correct item . No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product( s). Eligible return items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we receive and inspect your return, We will process your refund to the payment method you used, minus any delivery related costs, no more than 14 days from when your product is received. 

Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing an order at askherbalbeautyrx.com, as long as your order has not already been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photo evidence in order to ensure proper resolution. We will work with you to promptly address the issue and find a solution.

Please send photos to ask@herbalbeautyrx.com showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with. Our Customer support team will investigate your request and provide you with replacement items free of charge.
